We have a fantastic opportunity for an Early Years Nursery Supervisor to be responsible for overseeing a team of childcare practitioners within our purpose built Pre-school Barn in beautiful and natural surroundings. We will be looking for the position to start at the beginning of December 2019

We are looking for a leader with a caring nature who has an ability to engage, support, develop and empower each member of their team enabling them to reach their full potential in delivering best practice for children, ensuring high standards are constantly adhered to at all times and effective communication with parents through daily and written feedback. You must have an extensive working knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework with a desire to support and promote individual children, enabling them to achieve their full potential.
Successful applicants will need to hold a full and relevant Early Years and Childcare qualification at a minimum Level 3 and ideally have experience of supervising a small team. You will also need to be adaptable and flexible due to the nature of the business. Forest school experience would also be welcome (though not essential) to support the coordination and development of the outdoor activities.
