Early Years Nursery Practitioner working with our under 2 year olds - Full Time: 37.5 hours per week over 4 days.

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, passionate and committed Early Years Nursery Practitioner to join our Team working with the 0 to 2 year olds. Successful applicants will need to have held a full and relevant Early Years and Childcare qualification at a minimum Level 3 and will need to be adaptable and flexible due to the nature of the business. Previous experience of working within a busy nursery environment would be advantageous but not essential.

You must be hardworking, motivated, love the outdoors and passionate about working within an early years environment. You will be working as part of a team so it is essential that you have good communication skills.

You will be expected to plan and deliver high quality play and learning opportunities through a wide range of activities. You will carry out key person responsibilities and communicate effectively with parents through daily and written feedback and have sound working knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework with a desire to support and promote individual children, enabling them to achieve their full potential.
